Shared Subjects

Configure parallel language / elective groups where students split into different subjects during the same period.

Tips

If the second languages of two or three classes are clubbed/shared together, use this option.

Example: If 'C2' and 'S2' share second languages 'Malayalam' and 'Arabic':

Give group name: C2_S2_LANG
Enter period: 4
Select involved classes: C2 & S2
Select subject: Malayalam
Click 'Add Parallel Subject'
Select subject: Arabic
(You can add more languages in the same group if required.)
Finally click 'Save Shared Group'.
